Engaged as Lead Estimator for heavy civil and pipeline work, from conceptual through tender stage. Developed and use TamCost, a proprietary estimating tool, alongside Kubla for earthworks modeling, to produce accurate and competitive bids. Also support scheduling using MS Project.
Metro Vancouver — North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant
Engaged as Project Scheduler for the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant (NSWWTP), a major heavy civil infrastructure build. Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6, coordinating with stakeholders to track progress against critical milestones.
Rush Contractors Group
Engaged to lead cost estimating for heavy civil and infrastructure tenders. Use InEight for cost estimating and bid development, Kubla for earthworks modeling, and CM Builder / MS Project for scheduling and project controls.
